2. Nature of the contribution

The financial contribution made through this form is voluntary and is considered a donation to the Association, intended to support its cultural and non-profit activities.

As a token of appreciation for the contribution, the Association offers a t-shirt as a gift, without this contribution constituting a sale of goods or services in any case.

Consequently:

• This is not a purchase
• No invoice is issued
• No VAT is applied
• There is no commercial relationship between the parties

3. Contribution amount

The available contributions are 25 € and 35 €.

The selected amount will be paid using the methods indicated in the form.

4. Payment methods and confirmation

The accepted contribution methods are:

• Bank transfer
• Bizum

The confirmation of the contribution is made manually once the payment has been verified by the Association.

The Association is not responsible for errors in the data entered by the contributor (amount, reference, recipient, etc.).

5. Gift delivery

The t-shirt is preferably delivered in person during events organized by the Association.

If shipping is necessary, the Association will contact the contributor directly to arrange delivery conditions.

6. Changes and availability

In case of an error in the requested size:

• Changes will only be allowed if stock is available.
• Availability of all sizes is not guaranteed.

If a size is not available, the Association may offer:

• Another available size, or
• An equivalent gift, without this implying a refund of the contribution.

7. No right of withdrawal

Since the contribution is a voluntary donation, there is no right of withdrawal or refund of the contributed amount, in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Acceptance of terms

Making the contribution implies express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
